Document review for foreign trade matters

We review documents for completeness, consistency, contradictions, applicable requirements and possible risk points. Then we explain what should be clarified or corrected.

When this is needed

A transaction is being prepared and you need to know if the pack is enough

Documents are being assembled, and it matters whether they are sufficient for the operation you actually have.

The contract and supporting documents do not form one picture

The contract, specification, invoice and transport documents diverge in data, terms or logic.

It is unclear whether the wording matches the actual operation

The pack looks complete on paper, but it is not clear whether it will hold up for the real shipment.

The documents are already collected and need a check before the next step

Shipment, filing or approval is still ahead, and weak points are better seen early.

What we do

We examine the pack you provide: completeness, internal consistency and whether it matches the circumstances described.

We note gaps, contradictions and provisions that may create risk. Then we explain what it makes sense to clarify, supplement or correct.

What the client needs to provide

The review needs the pack that belongs to the operation, not isolated fragments without context.

  • Describe the operation: what is planned or already under way, and which question needs to be closed.
  • Provide the contract, specifications, invoices, transport papers and permits.
  • Attach correspondence on the disputed points, if you have it.

What the client receives

You receive a review of the pack and a list of what needs attention — without a promise that no questions will remain after corrections.

  • What in the pack is consistent, and where there are gaps or contradictions.
  • Which requirements and risk points are visible from the documents.
  • What it makes sense to clarify or correct before the next step.

The document pack is better examined early.
Start by describing the operation.
