Personal data processing policy

1. Data we receive

When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive your name and contact details, company information, correspondence and documents you send us to work on your enquiry. Share only the data needed for the task.

When pages load, the server receives technical information: your IP address, request URL and time, and browser details. The site does not load analytics trackers or advertising pixels, or set non-essential cookies.

2. Why data is used

Data is needed to respond to your enquiry, discuss the task, prepare a proposal, provide agreed services and meet legal requirements. Technical information is needed to operate and protect the site.

Consent is obtained in a way that allows it to be evidenced; processing without consent is permitted only in cases provided by law. Sending a message does not itself replace consent where it is required.

3. Storage and sharing

Correspondence and documents are processed through the chosen communication channel. Retention is limited by the purpose of the enquiry and statutory document retention periods. Once the purpose is fulfilled, data must be deleted unless the law requires further retention.

Corporate email is hosted by PS.kz, a Kazakhstan-based provider. WhatsApp and Telegram are also used to communicate with users; they process messages under their own terms and may process data outside Kazakhstan. Cross-border transfers of personal data are carried out in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Sharing data with third parties and transferring it abroad is permitted with consent or in cases provided by Kazakhstan law.

4. Data protection

The site is configured for a secure HTTPS connection. Correspondence and documents must be protected against unauthorised access, alteration and loss.

5. Your rights

You may access your data and information about processing periods, request correction, blocking, anonymisation, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing, withdraw consent and seek protection from the competent authority or a court. These rights are subject to statutory limitations.
